Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use the Service and the desktop application. It is designed to protect users, the integrity of the Service, and third parties.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to access, probe, or attack systems or networks without authorization.
- Bypassing rate limits, usage limits, paywalls, authentication, or security controls.
- Uploading or processing content you do not have rights to use (including Figma designs).
- Using the Service to collect credentials, personal data, or confidential information unlawfully.
- Distributing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, or interfering with service availability.
- Using the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
3. Consent & Permissions
You must obtain explicit consent before you:
- Connect a Figma workspace or access designs via the Figma API.
- Capture or analyze web content from Microsoft Edge or Safari sessions.
- Connect your Atlassian account or allow the Service to create Jira issues on your behalf. You must complete the Atlassian OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and must not share or reuse OAuth tokens across accounts, organizations, or projects you are not authorized to access.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When using third-party integrations (Figma, Atlassian/Jira), you agree to comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of those services, including:
You may not use integrations to bypass security controls, extract data at scale beyond your authorized scope, or create issues on projects you do not have permission to modify.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this policy, and we may take additional action as required by law.
