• Uploading or processing content you do not have rights to use (including Figma designs).
• Using the Service to collect credentials, personal data, or confidential information unlawfully.
• Distributing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, or interfering with service availability.
• Using the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.

3. Consent & Permissions

You must obtain explicit consent before you:

• Connect a Figma workspace or access designs via the Figma API.
• Capture or analyze web content from Microsoft Edge or Safari sessions.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this policy, and we may take additional action as required by law.
