1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the desktop application solely for your internal business purposes in connection with the Service.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except where permitted by law.
• No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works except as permitted by law.
• No distribution, sublicensing, selling, leasing, or lending of the application.
• No circumvention of usage limits or security controls.

3. Permissions & Consent

The application may request permissions to access third-party services and local resources. It will request explicit consent prior to:

• Accessing your Figma designs via the Figma API.
• Capturing browser sessions (Microsoft Edge or Safari) for visual comparison.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Updates may be required to continue using the Service. You agree that we may automatically update the application where permitted.

5. Ownership

The application is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the application and related intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the application.
